Returns & Exchanges

Miss Lala Presents hopes you will be thrilled with everything you purchase. However, we are pleased to offer an exchange or a full refund so you can buy from us with full confidence. 

We will of course exchange or refund any items that are defective, damaged or mislabelled subject to the following Terms and Conditions. 

Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since you received your goods, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

Prior to returning any purchase it is essential that you email  misslalapresents@gmail.com  to advise the reason for your return and your nearest return address. We cannot accept returned goods without prior notification.

A purchase can only be returned if it is unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Also, please ensure that you try on the item over your own underwear as we cannot accept any returned items that have been worn or are soiled

Please clearly mark your package ' RETURNED GOODS' If the package is not clearly marked 'returned goods', we may be charged import tax and will be unable to accept your return.

When returning an item, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance as we are unable to accept responsibility for items lost in transit.

We have made every effort possible to ensure the colours are displayed as accurately as possible . We cannot guarantee your computers monitor will accurately display the true colour. If you have any questions about the colour of an item please contact us at misslalapresents@gmail.com prior to placing your order. 

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund or replacement.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, or your replacement will be reordered and sent to you free of charge.
